Story
Bandit was born in May of 2023. He was originally our next door neighbor's dog. He was surrendered to the shelter in May of 2024 and we got him, rescuing him from "puppy jail" and bringing him to our home where he received lots of love and training. We also have a senior dog in our home who admittedly does not love his new housemate. The dogs tolerate each other, but Bandit wants to play, and our senior (smaller) dog, wants to rest and enjoy his old age in peace. Bandit is a good boy who is ultimately in the wrong home. We are reluctant to bring him back to the shelter after he was already surrendered once. We are not in a rush. Seeking the right home and happy to practice patience until we find it. The adoption fee is included due to a recommendation that we got suggesting that fees help with finding safe homes. Bandit is a strong boy, and we want to make sure he ends up somewhere SAFE where he will be loved and his strength and physical capability will not be exploited.

Story
We acquired this little guy randomly for a. Family who didn’t want to dump in the trash at Walmart. He is less than a year old and has a plan at Banfield. He is super sweet, super energetic and fun dog. He loves other dogs but is scared at first same with people. Tony has been in training and did super well in puppy class but we didn’t get a chance to move on to the next. He is a funny little dude and is need of a playful, good home. He did just get diagnosed with fear and anxiety at the vet so they recommended trazodone before visits. He really needs a person or family that will help and play with him like walks, hiking, etc! He has been camping and did wonderfully.

Story
He's a really good boy. Potty trained and rings bells to let you know he has to potty. He’ll be very nervous at first but once he’s settled in he’s a good listener. I’m moving to a house with no yard and he NEEDS A FENCED YARD. He’s very playful and loves destroying his toys. He doesn’t destroy or bite anything else. Loves to play tug of war.

Story
10 yr old super fit little Mountain Goat hiking trailblazer, Snuggling Cuddling Lover and Home Alert Watchdog, with so many more great years ahead, in one fiesty tiny package! We got Ace as a companion to our then 4 yr old Labor-Doodle, who passed July 2023. Ace became cranky, crumugen, over-reactive and very fearful alone, and his barking was uncontrollable. In August we got a Bernie-Doodle puppy. The main reason we need to find him a better home is that our family is growing, we have 2 new babies now, and more to come... and ACE does not like small humans or puppies as we have learned. A professional or very experienced trainer may be able to work on his unwanted behaviors. Little guy has a mix of some major PROs and a few CONs: Most importantly, Ace wants to hike / walk / adventure for hours / miles / days. He always surprises people by how fit and active the little guy wants to be. Biggest con (as with most "small dogs") is that he startles easy and wants bark alot.

Story
My name is Tessa, and I am a 9 year old pure-bred mini Australian Shepherd. I have been with one family for most of my life, but almost 2 years ago one of my humans passed away and my other one couldn't take care of me anymore. I have since been with my new family, but they have little children who make me really anxious and scared. I do best in a calm environment where I am the center of attention. Please no children, unless they are older (12 years +) and know how to be calm around me. I grew up with other pets, and can do well with other dogs, I just need to be slowly introduced. I do love cats and do great with them in the home. I am overall a really sweet girl, and will stick to you like glue once I get to know you! I take anxiety medication currently, and am on a special diet because I am overweight. I am up-to-date on all vaccines and will have a copy of my medical records upon adoption with me.
