Story
Bear is a very sweet dog who has been an incredible companion for us for almost 4.5 years. ----- We are looking to rehome our Bear because a member of our family has been having an increasingly hard time with his shedding and his herding tendencies. We have a small house and recently becoming parents has been harder than we thought. ----- We can provide his crate, dog beds, leashes, food, etc. We do not want any money. If possible, we'd love to occasionally keep in touch with you and be a resource to dogsit him, if you'd like. We think he would do great with a larger home and more exercise than we can give him. ----- FYIs about Bear: * He has lots of patience with small kids * He is very friendly and loves to be pet by anyone who comes in the door. * He can follow basic commands and doesn't jump on people * Does not have as much energy as typical Border Collies * Does well in a crate for many hours * Again, he is pure love

Story
I saved this puppy from a kill shelter in Los Angeles. He's just baby. He has an insane amount of energy and loves to chew. He has a great personality but he needs lots of exercise, training, and attention. He looks like he's in perfect health. He's a really good boy that could grow up to be an amazing dog, but he needs a lot of attention and exercise at this age. Update: He's such a smart loving pup. I almost have him house trained and he sleeps all night in his crate. He's also quickly learning what are his chew toys vs things he cannot chew.

Story
Grace is a good girl. She would have her best life in a home where she is the only pet. She has some aggressive tendencies towards other dogs, but has always been good with people and children. She could be your best hiking and running buddy and is very active and athletic. I just unfortunately cannot have her around my other dog. If you want a companion dog that is as active as you, look no further as Grace is your girl. She’s about 4 years old and very healthy. Just had her annual veterinary visit and is up to date on shots/vaccinations. I listed her on here as pitbull and greyhound, but in all actuality we have no idea. She is 45 pounds of speed and muscle. She’s long and lean and that girl can run and jump. Please reach out w any questions.

Story
I got Clover when she was 4 weeks old from Oklahoma from a house that had too many dogs due to Clovers mom not being spayed. Clover is super energetic and needs someone that will play with her and take her on walks frequently. She also likes to sleep in the bed and cuddle and go for mountain drives. I did get Clover her vaccinations in Oklahoma but she is due for Leptospirosis Vaccine and 5 in 1 DAPP Vaccine. I can provide you with all her previous vaccination records. Clover can only have dog food and can never be fed table food otherwise she gets the poops and may not make it outside. But as long as she isn’t getting table food and she’s let out frequently then she will be fine. Clover does well with older kids but she is a herding dog so it can be difficult for around younger children that are smaller. I am having to rehome Clover due to my busy schedule with an autistic son making it harder for me to give Clover more attention so I am hoping I can find a loving family for her.

Story
Korra is an 8 year old rescue, her birthday is on Halloween. She loves being the center of attention, snuggling with those she loves, spending time outside lounging in the sun, and getting all the pets and positive affirmations. She is always up for an adventure and enjoys paddleboarding, hiking, and taking leisurely walks. While Korra is wonderful at dog parks, she does not do well with other pets in her home. Korra's family survived a housefire in 2021 which led to the need for Korra to live with her Grandma for 2 1/2 years while her family worked to rebuild their home. Korra got very use to being the only pet with Grandma and has struggled to reacclimate with the other pets at home. She has been home for nine months and it is clear that she will do best & be happy in a home where she is the only pet. We feel she needs to be in a home with a yard & would love to see her adopted by someone who works from home, or is retired and can give her all the love and attention!

Story
Meet Churro! This sweet 2-year-old beagle/border terrier mix is looking for his forever home. Churro has had a difficult start to life - he and his sister were surrendered to a person as young puppies and did not receive much positive human interaction. Understandably, this has made Churro a very shy and nervous boy. But Churro loves other dogs and gets all his confidence from canine companions. When around other dogs, he really comes out of his shell! He enjoys playing, though he can be a bit spazzy and fast which leaves his playmates in the dust. Churro will need a very patient, adult-only home with no children. His new family must allow Churro ample time and space to learn to trust at his own pace. Confident resident dogs are ideal to help Churro continue building confidence. He will also need a securely fenced yard, as his terrier instincts make him prone to chasing small animals. While Churro may not become the world's cuddliest dog, he has so much love to give to a patient, understanding family. He just needs extra help overcoming his shy nature to thrive. If you can provide the right environment for this sweet boy, apply to meet him today at www.fromforgottentoforever.com/adoptionapplication!
