Story
Meet Debbie! This big lady is looking for a new home to decompress in following the transitional period of her life. Her previous owners noted that she enjoys "talking" with her people throughout the day to express her needs to go out or receive attention. Once comfortable in her new home, she may enjoy cuddling up under a blanket for a cozy nap.Sometimes Debbie just can't contain herself when our volunteers approach her kennel to take her for a walk, but once they get her leashed up and outside, she calms down and walks politely, at times wanting to carry a toy with her. She also loves to be petted and enjoys tasty treats.Debbie is recommended for a home without young children, and she will only be placed without other dogs. Primary Color: Grey Weight: 68.2 Age: 8yrs 2mths 0wks

Story
Meet Chewy! She is a sweet girl who has come a long way and shown she is excited for a new life! She can be shy when meeting new people and will probably appreciate a patient and gentle adopter who can allow her to approach life at her own pace, so a quiet home will be ideal. We have heard from our volunteers that Chewy is a sweetheart searching for petting, easy to walk, inquisitive, sits politely and excels in catching treats when they are tossed to her.Chewy will only be placed in a home without other dogs due to guarding behavior around her food bowl and favorite toys, and she's recommended to live without young children at this time. Primary Color: Grey Weight: 50.4 Age: 2yrs 2mths 1wks

Story
Jack is a funny little fellow! He has benefitted from the companionship of other dogs, so if he isn't joining a multi-dog household then a few thoughtfully selected playmates he can spend time with would likely benefit him. Our walkers tell us that Jack is an exuberant boy who loves affection and may enjoy carrying a stick or perhaps a toy on his walks. He really enjoys being in the play yard where he can run around doing zoomies to his heart's content. Jack will only be placed in a home with children 10 years of age or older and without cats. Primary Color: Tri Color Weight: 65.625 Age: 3yrs 3mths 3wks

Story
Meet Penelope! Gorgeous lady looking for a place to call home! Such a softie girl feeling a little worried with the recent transitions in her life, and so eager to meet her new family! While Penelope can be a bit shy at first, her lovable, playful side shines once comfortable with her new people. Penelope loves to go on strolls and sniff all the neighborhood smells. She also loves a good comfy bed to curl up on and take long naps during the day.We hear from our volunteers that Penelope is a pretty easy dog to walk, sweet and affectionate, and knows the sit and down commands. She may have a lot to say when she sees other dogs or traffic. However, since she loves treats, they are able to redirect her attention back to them.At this time, Penelope is available to single dog household with children 10 years or older or no children. Primary Color: Brown Secondary Color: Black Weight: 86.8 Age: 5yrs 1mths 0wks

Story
If you are looking for a mature guy to join your life, look no further than Castiel. Castiel has really become a favorite of our team, because he's just so enjoyable to be around -- this boy is ready to join his new family!Castiel always has a smile on his face, and he loves to greet his friends with his tippy tappy toes, it's adorable! This fun boy enjoys a good back scratch (well, who doesn't like that?) when not chasing his toys around the yard. He benefits greatly from having extra enrichment and mental stimulation.Castiel has been described by our volunteers as sweet and well mannered, extremely attentive to them walking calmly by their side, especially when he knows they have treats, because Castiel LOVES treats! At this time FAS will only rehome to a feline free household with no small animals and with children 10 and over due to his boisterous and enthusiastic nature. Come meet this fun guy today and see if he could be your new best friend! Primary Color: Tan Secondary Color: White Weight: 51.2 Age: 9yrs 3mths 0wks
