Story

Re and Ra are siblings. I got them at 4 weeks old when their mom stopped nursing them. They were bottle fed for a few weeks. They are super affectionate and love to cuddle. They like to sleep under blankets. I have kids and 2 cats and they do well with both kids and cats. I did get them a week before Covid hit so they did not have a chance to socialize like they needed so they need a little extra time to get them to be social. They are house trained and kennel trained. They have to be adopted together no exceptions.

Meet Vannah from Savannah! We rescued this rambunctious pup from the streets of Georgia and she’s had a long journey from there. She’s probably about three years old, about 50lbs. She is very healthy and incredibly athletic, up to date on all her shots, spayed and fully housebroken. She has completed professional board-and-train program, is very food motivated and excited for more training and activities. We’d love to tell you all about her, answer any questions you might have and give you an opportunity to meet this sweet loving girl!

Story

Rose is a 6 year old mix breed, 45lbs. She loves to play ball and take long walks. She loves adults and is okay around older children who know to not pet or approach her. She needs to be in a home without young children and would thrive as an only dog. We have a 1 year old and the high stress and separation is not working for us or her. We unfortunately arent able to give her the attention she needs. Rose is very sweet but she is a high anxiety dog and needs a home that can give her that attention. She isnt initially the best around other dogs (but she lives with a golden retriever, so she does okay with some dogs). She is the dog you take on hikes, not the dog you take to a brewery or to dog parks. Ive had her since she was 6 months old and shes been a great companion - it’s with a very heavy heart that I am looking to re-home her. But I truly think she would be happier in a less chaotic home. Roscoe is affectionate, playful, and very smart. I'm sad I can't keep him due to my busy travel schedule. He would fit best in a home without other pets, and a yard to run and play. Roscoe is a great hiking or running partner, and he loves to cuddle! He is very well house trained and loves to play tug-of-war and fetch. Roscoe was abused by his previous owner as a puppy, so can be anxious/ scared of new people in unfamiliar environments, and needs extra love and reassurance. He deserves a good, loving home with people who can give him the space to run and affection he deserves. You will quickly fall in love with him! Adoption includes everything you need such as a car carrier, toys, food, winter coat, multiple leashes/ collars, bed, and more.

Hi there! Mortimer here, checking in after arriving in Colorado! Im between 1 and 2 years old (no one ever told me my real birthday so the nice doctor at the vet's office took a guess) and the rescue people asked me to tell you a little bit about myself. I love tug of war! I figured i would start with that since its really important that my new home like to play that with me. I also like to play with other dogs, but can get a little scared if they are super loud and in my face at first. I am "crate-trained" whatever that means, and enjoy these things called "leash walks" where i get to go out and smell and see new things. My foster parents say that i have decent leash "manners". I've seen a cat a few times, and wasn't overly interested in it, but i have never lived with one, so I don't know how i would feel about that. I ended up in Colorado after someone dumped me in a very rural part of new Mexico. A nice lady there found me and gave me food and water and shelter which was very nice, but she couldn't keep me so she found some nice people in Colorado to help me find a new forever home!
