Adoption Fee: $475 - I'm already spayed! All animals are UTD on vaccines (may need boosters) and microchipped Meet Lilly, our charming Mastiff mix looking for her forever home! This gentle giant is a 2-year-old sweetheart who has completed extensive obedience training, making her an absolute gem. She's mastered commands like sit, stay, place, and many more, showcasing her intelligence and eagerness to please. Lilly is dog-friendly, especially with dogs of similar size and temperament however we would prefer if she was the only dog for a while so she can get all the love that she deserves. Her favorite spot is Wash Park, where she enjoys her daily walks and runs, reveling in the great outdoors. We're excited to share that we have a sponsor for Lilly's adoption fee, making it easier for her to find the perfect home. She's currently located in Denver and is beyond ready to shower her new family with love and loyalty! Story
Adoption Fee: $475 - I'm already neutered! All animals are UTD on vaccines (may need boosters) and microchipped From the foster: This is Arlo. On January 24, he arrived Colorado Puppy Rescue at 7 weeks old and weighing only 3 pounds. Within days he'd been to a neurologist and diagnosed with hydrocephalus and an uncertain life expectancy. On January 28th, Arlo moved into his new foster home, where he continues to live as he grows and explores and waits for his perfect family to come and claim him. Arlo is an amazing puppy who continues to surprise me everyday. He's spunky and playful. He loves to run around and explore every new sight, sound, smell he encounters. Arlo loves other dogs; especially his foster brothers. He his crate trained and is making amazing progress with potty training. He takes his medication like a champ every morning; just a little doggy spray treat on a spoon does the trick. He's learning basic obedience, including sit, "kennel, and to come when he's called (which he has basically mastered). He's learned how to climb onto the couches and is always down for a good cuddle session when I'm done with work. Arlo makes me laugh constantly and has managed to get himself out of trouble a few times by making the cutest expressions you've probably ever seen. He's a classic Velcro puppy and I know he'll become your favorite new companion just like he's been mine for the last few weeks. Arlo will always be a special needs puppy and he will probably continue to need medications for the rest of his life. No one has really been able to tell us what the future will look like for him, but I know that with all the love and care, he's going to make the most of every day and be the happiest, spunkiest, most loving puppy. If you think Arlo sounds like your kind of dog and you've got a little extra time, patience, and love to give, come meet him! www.coloradopuppy.org/how-to-adopt

Story
Peeka is a lovely spayed little girl who is a mix of Yorkie and Wired Hair Terrier. She is seven years old, weighs 10 lbs., and is full of love. Peeka is current on all her vaccinations. She is house-trained and crate-trained and loves sleeping in bed with you. She is very active. Sweet little Peeka was left outside without supervision and wandered the streets in Greeley, within her neighborhood. Peeka is a little bundle of love who adores attention and snuggles with her humans. She especially loves going on her daily walks and lets you know when it's time to go. Peeka practically puts her harness on herself! Once she settles down in her new home, which, with all Yorkies, it takes at least two weeks before she feels comfortable in her new home. She loves belly rubs and treats. She gets along with children, but other dogs are not her favorite; therefore, she would be better off being the only dog in the household. We are requesting a stay-at-home adult or one who works from home. She must have a secure fenced yard. Peeka loves being outside, but with the Colorado predators, one must always be outside with her. No apartment, Condo, or Townhome for this little one.

Adoption Fee: $475 - I'm already fixed! All animals are UTD on vaccines (may need boosters) and microchipped From the foster: Mama Hannah is a sweet tender pup. She is anxious to have a leader and a person to follow, play, and cuddle with. She knows basic commands, is potty and kennel trained, loves stuffy toys, is great with kids and other dogs and when wagging her tail - her whole body follows. At first she is shy and likes to keep to herself in her kennel, but after a bit of patience and safety, she is ready for action. She will need work on leash training and building trust. She is a dog with an incredible amount of potential and smart as a whip. www.coloradopuppy.org/how-to-adopt

Story
Words can’t even express how precious Zeus is. He is a six-year-old neutered male who weighs 4 lbs. He is current on all his vaccinations. Zeus, a true survivor, made his way to Rocky Mountain Yorkie Rescue from a shelter. Despite a past eye infection that necessitated the removal of his right eye, Zeus's indomitable spirit shines through. He's a playful and sociable soul, enjoying the company of our Yorkies, his toys, and humans. His remarkable adaptability is evident in his peaceful nights of sleep. Zeus is a little dynamo, capable of running up and down the stairs without a hitch. He can even jump on furniture, a feat that initially worried me, but he's proven to be a trooper. Zeus is a good eater, maintaining a healthy diet with two meals a day. He also walks beautifully with his leash and harness, a testament to his good behavior and physical fitness. Should you be the perfect home for Zeus, you must comply with his needs.  Must have a stay-at-home adult  Fenced yard  No children under the age of 10  No condo/apartment/condo -he loves to run in the yard.  No other dogs over 15 lbs.

Story
Adoption Fee: $475 - I'm already spayed/neutered! All animals are UTD on vaccines (may need boosters) and microchipped From the foster: Meet #450, a sweet and adventurous girl, excited to explore the world with you! She has been loving romping around the backyard, especially alongside her 2-year-old cattle dog foster brother, and she likes to mirror what he does. She has been a very calm girl and likes to lounge around with you, especially on these warmer days. She is a huge lover and wags her whole body at every person she meets. She is extremely friendly with other dogs and likes to make sure they hear her when we're walking around, we have been working with her on this! We have also been working with her on some basic commands and she has proven to be a quick learner who wants to please! She sleeps through the night in her crate with no issues and we have also been feeding her in her crate. She doesn't yet enjoy jumping straight into the car for a car ride, but once she's in, she is very calm and doesn't get car sick. She is also a strong swimmer who seems to love the water, which we found out after going to the lake to cool off. She LOVES to give kisses and get belly rubs. If you are ready to lead, #450 is ready to follow. She's looking for her forever home and in return, she will be your very best friend and adventure partner. Whoever ends up with this sweet girl is incredibly lucky! www.coloradopuppy.org/how-to-adopt
